For general small ministries (under $500k/year), effective tools would cost $80 for initial set up and $30 monthly (plus transaction fees).

Churches should use our church tools which cost $100 for initial set up and $40 monthly (plus transaction fees).

Fundraising software for large organizations (over $1 million/year; needing CRM/ecommerce/child sponsoring/etc) or rapid growth efforts starts at $2,000-10,000 for initial data conversion and then $299/month and up based on number of names in the CRM.

Transaction costs are normally $0.25 plus interchange + 10 points on credit/debit cards at nonprofit rates. These rates are highly competitive. Last year’s average for all Visa/Mastercards for all clients was 2.45%.

Due to the significantly lower fees, ACH (when a user gives electronically directly through their checking account) is the preferred stewardship giving method whenever possible.
